This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 in D.V.C.No.10 of 2025, on the file of the learned Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 9(c) and 37(2)(d)(e) of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
