This Writ petition is filed to declare the Notification ROC No.DC

641 of 2025 dated 24-11-2025 in suspending the petitioner in the rolls of Advocate of the Bar Council With Roll No. TS/3456/2018 for a period of two (02) years under Section 35(3)(C) of the Advocates Act, 1961 by an order dated 15-11-2025 passed by the Disciplinary committee of the Bar Council of Telanagana for professional mis-codnuct in complaint lease No. 32 of 2024 (SR No.43/2023 ) w.e.f. 25-11-2025 is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Advocates Act and law and violation of Bar Council Act and rules made there Under and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondent to allow the petitioner for his regular practice before the Hon’ble Courts.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies before the Bar Council of India in appeal under Section 37 of the Advocates Act.
