This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the Nomination of the petitioner dated 31-12-2025 for Election to the Bar Council of the State of Telanganaa at Hyderabad Form No.1 (Rule No. 6) vide order SI.No.180 dated 3-1-2026 is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same, consequently direct the respondents to accept the petitioner nomination Form No.1 (Rule No.6) dated 31-12-2025...”
