ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s building permission online application No.258 dated 22.07.025 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for respondents Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat appearing for respondents Nos.4& 5. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat has filed the status of the petitioner’s building permission application stating that the link documents had not been uploaded by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would upload all the relevant documents and prayed that appropriate directions be issued to the respondents to consider the application.

5. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that if the documents are uploaded, application would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above submissions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to upload the required link documents. If such documents are uploaded, the respondents shall consider the application in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
