This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.1191 of 2025 before the

Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section 144(2) of BNS and Sections 3, 4, 5 of PIT Act.

2. The brief facts of the case are that on 21.11.2025, on receipt of credible information, the police of Saroornagar conducted a raid at Hotel Honest Grand Lodge, Dilsukhnagar, and apprehended two alleged organizers, one customer and one woman, and seized cash and other material.
