This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the questioning the inaction of the respondents in conducting survey, demarcation and fixing the boundary stones in respect of the land in Sy.No.818/A1/1/2 to an extent of Ac.0.3800 gts, Situated at Jakranpally Shivar, Jakranpally Mandal, Nirmal District, in spite of receipt of the requisite amount of Rs.295/- dated 15.07.2025 through F-line Petition and even after completion of the specified time of 45 days as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to conduct the survey by issuing the notices to the concerned persons

and to grant such other relief or reliefs …”
