This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the cognizance order dated 09.07.2025 passed in S.C.No.394 of 2025, on the file of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, registered under Section 308 read with 114 and 202 of IPC, including the cognizance order dated 05.12.2024 in PRC No.514 of 2024 passed by the learned XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered under Sections 308 read with 114

and 202 of IPC.
