ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1

to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.14233 of 2024 on the file of XII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465,

467, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC.

2. Heard Sri G. Venkat Reddy, learned Counsel for the

petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional

Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners –

accused Nos.1 to 3 have cheated the de facto complainant’s company to a tune of Rs.26.50 crores by preparing fake Board Meeting Resolution and by forging the signature of the de facto complainant and by using the same, the petitioners have sold several plots to third parties.
