Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/ accused seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.321 of 2025 of Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2023 (for short BNS).
