Heard Sri Mohd. Rafee, learned counsel for the petitioners and

perused the entire material available on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed the present contempt case aggrieved by the alleged willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.09.2025 passed by this

Court in W.P.No.25974 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners had filed W.P.No.25974 of 2025 aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.4 therein not receiving, registering and releasing the sale deeds dated 05.08.2025 presented by the petitioners in favour of Sri Umar Farooq and Sri Mohammed Mohsin Shareef before the respondent No.4 therein.
