This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution

of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue any order or direction writ or writs more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 sending a letter No.B/2458/2024 Dt.07.12.2024 to the Respondent No.2 requesting to cancel NALA Proceedings No.200494406 Dt.08.08.2024 issued by the Respondent No.3 on the representation of the Respondent No.5 and trying to cancel the proceedings dt.08.08.2024 by the Respondent No.2, without considering the representation dt.15.01.2025 is illegal, arbitrary consequently to direct the Respondent No.2 not to take any action basing on the letter sent by the Respondent No.2 vide letter No.B/2458/2024 Dt.07.12.2024 without giving

any Notice to me and pass such other order or orders …”
