This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to call

for the records relating to proceedings No.CCRA1/17372/2012 dated 21.06.2013 on the file of the 2^nd respondent confirming the notice No.5/2011 dated 31.10.2011 issued by the 3^rd respondent under Section 41A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (for short, ‘the Act’) and to quash the same by holding that the registered document No.6132/2010 dated 06.12.2010 liable for stamp duty @1% as per G.O.Ms.No.1129 dated13.06.2005 with effect from 01.07.2005 and not 3% as claimed under the notice and

consequently, to direct the respondents to refund the excess amount of Rs.1,75,430/- collected together with interest @12%

per annum.
