This writ petition is filed questioning the action of

respondent authorities in not instructing respondent No.6 not to open wine shop, proposed to be opened at D.No.7-1-520, located by the side of BC Study Circle, in the same lane of Educational Institutions such as Girls High School, Co-education High School and within 80 meters of Anjaneya Swamy Temple and

that the students, ladies, children and other residents of Mankamma Thota will suffer badly due to nuisance likely to be created by the liquor consumers, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent authorities to instruct respondent No.6 to shift wine shop, proposed to be opened at Door No.7-1-520 to some other place.
