1. Heard Mr. Konda Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner. In spite of service of notice on respondent, there is

no representation on their behalf. Perused the record.

2. This Civil Revision petition is preferred aggrieved by the docket order dated 30.01.2025 passed by the learned Prl. Appellate Court’) in ASSR No.630 of 2025, which was filed for setting aside the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.1221 of 2012, dated 25.11.2024 on the file of the II Addl. Senior Civil

3. The learned Appellate Court vide docket order dated 23.01.2025 issued memo to pay deficit court fee by 30.01.2025. On 30.01.2025, on account of non-payment of court fee, the appeal has been rejected.

4. The revision petitioner pleaded that he had no knowledge about the memo issued for payment of deficit court fee and that he is ready to pay deficit court fee.

5. On the bonafide belief that this revision petitioner had no knowledge about the memo issued for payment of deficit court fee, to enable the revision petitioner to prefer First Appeal
