This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of

Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue writ, order or direction especially one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 especially the 4^th respondent in not deleting the names of respondents 5 & 6 by mutating the name of the respondents 5 & 6 in revenue records (Dharani Portal) in respect of land admeasuring Ac.8-19 gts and Ac.8-20 gts., total admeasuring Ac.16.39 gts. in Sy.Nos.123/E1, 124/E1, 1172/U2, 173, 181/E2, 182/U2 and 173/2 situated at Kanakamamidi Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to mutate name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.8-19 gts and Ac.8-20 gts., total admeasuring Ac.16.39 g
