With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is

taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in

the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS to declare the Office order No.TGTDC/ADMN/Pl/05/2024-13 dated 05.07.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein terminating the services of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and to set aside the same with a consequential direction to the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner as Deputy Manager till attaining the age of superannuation of 61 years on par with regular employees in terms of Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of age of Superannuation) Amendment

Act 2021 with all consequential benefits and pass…”
