Headnote:The petitioner challenged the action of the respondent authorities regarding a proposal to change the name of an educational institution from Chaitanya High School to Sri Chaitanya High School, asserting that recognition had already been issued in the name of Sri Chaitanya High School since 2002. The primary issue was whether the administrative action of the respondent in addressing a letter to take action on the name change proposal was illegal and arbitrary.
