This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of

Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in removing the encroachments of public roads and road margins situated on eastern and southern sides of the property in TS.No.4/2 of Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad, inspite of repeated representations given to respondent Nos.2 to 5, as arbitrary and illegal and for

consequential relief.
