This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 5th Respondent in forcing the petitioners to close their shop with the name and style of Maheswari Xerox and General Merchant and Maheswari Stationers, situated at D. No. 7-6-39/8, Haricharan Complex, Station Road, Nizamabad from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon every working day during the period of Intermediate and SSC examinations both regular / instant improvement, supplementary etc., inspite of the orders dated 25/03/2014 in W.P. No. 8516/2014 of the Honble High Court, as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Article 14 and 301 of the Constitution of India and not mandated by any law and consequently to direct the Respondents not to force and interfere with the Petitioners timings of opening and closing the Maheswari Xerox and General Merchant and Maheswari Stationers during
