This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to defreeze and remove the “No Debit” restriction imposed on the petitioner’s savings account bearing No. 20200074055678 maintained with Bandhan Bank, Abids Branch, Hyderabad, and to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 06.08.2023 within a stipulated time frame, in accordance with the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, RBI Master
