This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus

declaring the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in issuing orders to respondent No.3 to release the petitioner’s vehicle Ashok Leyland Dost bearing Reg.No. TS05UE6273, which was seized in FIR No.167 of 2025, in view of the quashing of the said FIR No. 167 of 2025 pursuant to the orders passed in Crl.P.No.13681 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025, in spite of the letter dated 17.11.2025 followed by

personal visits, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondents

No.1 & 2, submitted that the subject vehicle has been released by the authorities. In view of the same, no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
