This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the Part of Respondents No.2 and 3 in not executing the Rectification Deed in respect of Deed of Conveyance (Doc No.3193/2016) dated 01-07- 2016 on the file of Joint Sub-Registrar, Vallabh Nagar as

illegal, unfair, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondents No.2 and 3 to Execute a Rectification Deed, Rectifying the Survey Number, Village Name and Incorporating the Premises Number and Plot Number etc., which was wrongly mentioned in the Deed of Conveyance and to pass..…”
