This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in C.C.No.3182 of 2024, on the file of X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Kukatpally, Cyberabad, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused No.1, for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 117(2), 351(2),79 r/w.

3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).
