This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order declaring the action of the respondent No. 2 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4, which is against law, illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides in violation of natural justice, consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the petitioners’ possession or possession of the occupants of the premises bearing H.No. 8-1-398/PM/362 Paramount Colony, Gate No. 4, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, and to

pass such other order or orders…”
