This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of

Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in not registering FIRs against the complaints, dated 21.09.2018, 04.10.2018, 22.01.2019, 29.01.2019 and 06.02.2019 submitted by the Petitioner Company, in pressurizing the Petitioner Company to withdraw the said complaints, failing which false cases will be registered against the Petitioner Company and its directors as

illegal, arbitrary and article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India Consequently, direct the Respondent No. 3 to register FIRs against Complaints, Dt. 21.09.2018, 04.10.2018, 22.01.2019, 29.0
