This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…To issue a Writ order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in issuing the letter No.113/CrCCPSRCKJ201819 and notice dated 05 02 2019 and his personal visits and extending threats to the employees of the Petitioner to hand over the pledged gold ornaments in respect of loan amounts sanctioned to Sri Dileep Singh E K in respect of loan accounts Nos MHP 000136 and 000135 under the guise of registration of FIR No 113/2018 under Section 406 420 506 120B 1PC Section 66C and 66D of IT Act Section 5 of The Andhra Pradesh Protection of depositors from Financial Establishments Act1999 and Section 4 and 6 of the Price Chits and Money Circulation Schemes Banning Act1978 and interference with the day to day business activities

of the Petitioners Company without following
