This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order declaring the action of the Respondent No 5 and 6 not to interfere with the Agricultural land of the Petitioners and laying of the way as illegal arbitrary and violative of under Art 14 and

300A of the Constitution of India and pass.......” 2. None appeared for the petitioners.

Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, to 6.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have never interfered with the agricultural land of the petitioners, as alleged, and that the allegations made against the respondent police authorities in this

regard are baseless. It is further submitted that the respondents are conducting themselves strictly in accordance with law. Hence, it is prayed that the writ petition be dismissed.
