ORDER:-

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India seeking the following relief:-

“.. … … to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in sending the collection agents to the petitioner’s residence and harassing the petitioner’s family members, as illegal and consequently direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his

family members on the ground of collecting monthly installment dues.”

2. Heard Sri Dunna Ambedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri N.Bhujanga Rao, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India representing respondent No.1 and Sri Sudharshan Narahari, learned counsel for respondent No.4. Perused the record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he availed personal loan from respondent Nos.3 to 6, who are the p
