in Crime No.809 of 2025 on the file of Nagole Police Station, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya

Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).
