Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.20 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025 on the file of EOW, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 read with 34 IPC. He submits that the petitioner was only an investor and was made a Director without any operational control, and that he resigned from the Directorship on 15.10.2024 much prior to the registration of the said crime. He submits that while the petitioner was proceeding abroad to pursue higher education, he was detained at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on 09.09.2025 on the basis of a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him, which resul
