This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, Medchal – Malkajgiri District, to dispose of O.S.No.937 of 2024 filed by the petitioner against the respondent for eviction and recovery of possession, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, by fixing some timelines.

3. Petitioner filed the present revision seeking a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the said suit contending that respondent is misusing the delay in civil litigation, continuing unlawful possession over the subject property. It is also his contention that he is a Senior Citizen.
