This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in not conducting investigation in FIR in Crime No. 386 of 2015 of P.S. Karimnagar I Town, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, Telangana State, against the Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 for the offence under Sections 420, 468, 471, 506(ii) r/w 34 I.P.C. and 3(1)(X) of SC/STs (POA) Act, 1989, though the complaint discloses the ingredients of the above said offences as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the Sec. 173 of Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to conduct investigation in FIR in Crime No. 386 of 2015 of P.S.
