ORDER:

Heard Sri Karukonda Aravind, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

“… to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly a writ of mandamus declaring the refusal of Respondent No. 2 to correct the name of the Petitioner in the SSC Certificate as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(a), 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondent No. 1 to correct the Petitioner’s name from “ARUTLA SAIKUMAR REDDY” to “ARUTLA HARSHAVARDHAN REDDY”, and further direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to correct the Petitioner’s Intermediate and Degree Certificates accordingly, and pass.”.
