This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to act in accordance with law and to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the application filed by the petitioner under BRS vide reference No.2000003163, dated 03.12.2015, without insisting for the approved layout granted by respondent No.3 in respect of Survey Nos.108(P) and 109(P) of Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
