1. This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not taking any decision to appoint the petitioners as Qazi for Ward Nos.57, 60 & 61 and Ward Nos.58, 59 of Ranga Reddy District even the desire of prominent Mohammedans are in favour of petitioners as illegal and in violation of Section 2 of Kazi Act and consequently direct the respondent No.1 to appoint the petitioners as Qazi for Ward Nos.57, 60 & 61 and Ward Nos.58, 59 of Ranga Reddy District and issue marriage booklet etc and receive the marriage and divorce record forthwith.

2. Heard Sri Shafath Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the Revenue representing respondent No.2 and Sri Farhan Azam Khan, learned Standing Counsel for Waqf Boad representing respondent No.3.
