This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in issuing notice vide URC No.04/ACP/GHMC/NZ/C17/TP/ 2015, dated 24.04.2015 under Section 636 of the HMC Act, 1955, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief. 2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, is present.
4. When the Writ Petition was listed on 20.11.2025 and 28.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
5. Even though the matter is listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
