Heard Mrs. Challa Apoorva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel for the GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5.

2. Learned standing counsel for the GHMC submitted that the complaint of the petitioner has been acted upon by the GHMC authorities and the container placed in the road margin by the encroachers has been removed on 07.11.2025.

3. However, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, initially container was removed, however, it was again placed on the same location and the encroachers are creating unrest in the location. Despite repeated representations submitted by the petitioner for removing the encroachments made in the road margin, the GHMC authorities have not acted upon, as such, he is constrained
