JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant-Insurance Company, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, aggrieved by the award and decree dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short “the Tribunal”) in M.V.O.P.No.2374 of 2012, whereby the Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.53,500/- with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of petition till realization, for the injuries sustained by the respondent No.2-claimant in a motor vehicle accident.
