This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents not investigating into the incident having registered the FIR No. 843 of 2018 dated 14-10-2018 and not found the hit and run vehicle even after elapse of 40 days is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Provisions of the Cr.P.C. and consequently direct the respondents to submit the report in connection with the above accident and pass such other order or orders…”
