O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering/disposing the petitioners from his land in Sy. No. 162/e/1 an extent of Ac.1.02 guntas, situated at Madanlapadu Village, Penuballi Mandal, Khammam District, is illegal, arbitrary, violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere/dispossess the petitioner from the above said land and pass such other order or orders…”
