In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents to consider their representations dated 10.12.2024, 04.09.2025, 19.09.2025, 21.09.2025 and 06.10.2025 and in taking action against the illegal constructions raised by respondent No.6, as illegal and arbitrary.
