ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner pertaining to the land in Survey No.40/A admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0-32 guntas situated at Maktha Venkatapur Village, Kulkacharla Mandal, Vikarabad District and in mutating the name of respondent No.5, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to delete the name of respondent No.5 pertaining to aforesaid extent of land and mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue e-passbook. 2. Heard Mr. Rama Kotaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed that though various grounds are raised in the writ petition by the petitioner expressing his grievance to mutate the petitioner’s name in the aforesaid extent of land, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court to file an online application under relevant provisions of Bhu Bharati Act, 2025 in order to seek redressal for his grievance.
4. This Court having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without making any observations on merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner as sought for, to take necessary steps in accordance with law by filing an online application. 5. Granting liberty, as prayed for, by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed.
