Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in considering the petitioner’s F-line application bearing No.TTDERO22300901247, dated 27.02.2023 for mutation of name of petitioner No.1 in revenue records in respect of land in Survey No.169/2, admeasuring Ac.1-38 guntas situated at Arsapally Shivar & Mandal, Nizamabad District, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s F-line application for mutation of name of petitioner No.1 in the revenue records pertaining to the aforesaid extent of land.
