ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the impugned notification dated

19.04.2016 issued by the 3rd and 5th respondents proposing for transferring/relocating the students admitted in 1st year B.Pharmacy course to the 2nd petitioner institution to some other institutions even though reconsideration of the 2nd petitioner institution case for grant/ extension of affiliation to the 2nd petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. No representation on behalf of petitioner. Sri Peri and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondent No.4 are present.

submit that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication since the issue pertains to transfer/relocation of students to another institution for the academic year 2015-

2016 and it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
