ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of the Respondent in fixing/continuing the fees payable by the students to the 2nd Petitioner Institution as contained in the letter No.235/UE/2014 dated 21.11.2016 at Rs 9,600/- for LLB 3 years and LLB 5years courses, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Ms. Sravya, learned counsel representing Mr. Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners on record and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education are present. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
