ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not issuing No Objection Certificate to the petitioners as required by 4th respondent for submission of applications to the 5th respondent for grant of recognition for starting D.E1.Ed as additional course composite institutions by the Petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Ms. A. Santhosh Kumari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education is present. No representation on behalf of petitioner.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education represented that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication since the issue pertains to grant of recognition to commence D.E1.Ed course as additional course for the academic year 2016-2017 and it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
