ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the impugned action in pursuant to the representation dated 10.04.2014 of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Sri Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned Standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.5 are present.

3. No representation on behalf of the petitioners despite the matter being listed under the caption “For Dismissal”. It appears that petitioners have no interest to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
