JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

1. The Appeal arises out of an order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the learned I Additional District Judge at Rajanna Sircilla, in I.A.No.49 of 2024 in O.S.No.5 of 2024.

2. The appellant herein filed the Suit for specific performance of an Agreement of Sale dated 15.11.2022 and to declare the Registered Sale Deed vide document No.1957/2022 dated 03.12.2022, as null and void. The appellant/plaintiff also filed the I.A. (I.A.No.49 of 2024) seeking ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants, their agents and workmen from alienating or transferring the suit schedule property. By the impugned order dated 08.09.2025, the T
