JUDGMENT:
This appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is filed by the appellants-Insurance Company, challenging the order and decree dated 08.11.2018 passed in M.V.O.P.No.207 of 2013 by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District Judge, at Warangal (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribunal”), whereby the Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.22,20,400/- together with interest at 7.5% per annum to respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein/claimants for the death of one Bandi Pradeep Kumar (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) in a motor vehicle accident.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the deceased and his wife i.e., respondent No.1 herein went to Bangalore to attend an interview in a Multi-National Company. On 27.03.201
