ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to remove/demolish the illegal constructions made by respondent No.5 in H.No.3-6-51/51, in Sy.No.52/1 to 52/5, Marriguda Village, Uppal Mandal, R.R.District, in view of the letter dated 31.08.2015 of respondent No.1 as per which the construction made by respondent No.5 in the aforesaid property, as illegal and unauthorized and for consequential relief.

2. Heard Ms.Swetha, learned counsel representing Sri B.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Koppula Gopal, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s grand-father is recorded as occupier in respect of lands in Survey nos.52/1 and 52/5 to an extent of Ac.12.16 guntas of Mallapur Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy district (for short subject property); that one Mohd.Rehaman Ali was original Pattedar of the said land; that the name of the petitioner’s grand father was reflected in the revenue records right from Kasra
